1. Do I need to sign-up for an EasyTickets account to book tickets?

Yes. An EasyTickets account is required to access the booking features on our website and mobile app. This account also gives you access to your booking history information. You will also be able to enjoy some great promotions in the future!

2. How do I add balance to my EasyTickets wallet?

You can pay through the following financial services and mobile wallets;

• Online Bank Transfer

  1. Select “Add Balance” under the My Balance tab.

  2. Select “Bank Transfer” as mode of payment.

  3. Select “Add Account Information”.

  4. Select your bank from the dropdown list and add appropriate details.

  5. An SCB account will require you to select the “Verify your Account” option before you can add balance. For all other banks, select “Save and Add Balance”.

• Cash transfer via UBL Omni or EasyPaisa

  1. Select “Add Balance” under the My Balance Tab

  2. Select “Cash” and proceed

  3. Select any of the nearest branch of cash agents

  4. Enter required amount you want to add and select “Proceed”

  5. Please provide displayed invoice to the cash agent you selected to process your payment against. Press “Done” when the process is completed!

 • Cash transfer via Jazz Cash

  1. Select “Add Balance” under the My Balance Tab.

  2. Select “Cash” and proceed.

  3. Select “Jazz Cash” from nearest agents maps.

  4. Enter amount and proceed.

  5. Now the transaction page shall open - select “voucher payment” as the mode of payment

  6. Enter your mobile number and press submit .

  7. Your voucher number will be sent to you via SMS - you can visit any JazzCash outlet to pay against your EasyTickets account.

  8. Your amount will be added to your EasyTickets” My Balance” within 10 minutes of the payment.

3. Where can I install the Easytickets mobile app from?

The Easytickets app is available on Apple Store and Google Play Store.

4. I have forgotten my password, how do I regain access to my account?

On the EasyTickets sign-in page, enter the email address with which your account is registered, then click the “Forgot Password” link and your password will be sent to your email address.

5. I am having issues adding balance to my account, what do I do?

Booking a Ticket

1. How do I book a ticket?

Tickets can be booked on EasyTickets via:
  1. Our Android and iOS apps.

  2. Our website at

Simply open EasyTickets on the platform of your choice, login, select your favourite movies and cinema, choose a convenient show time, your preferred seats and it’s done!

2. When does advance booking open on EasyTickets?

The cinemas directly control the advance booking facility. Whenever they open shows for advance booking, those shows are automatically made available on Easytickets.

3. Is there a booking fee on orders placed through EasyTickets?

Easytickets does not charge for its services. However, a 5% bank processing fee is applicable to your transactions.

For example, for a ticket costing Rs. 500, the bank processing fees will come out to be: 5% of 500 = Rs. 25, making your total Rs. 525.

4. Can I choose which seat I get at the cinema?

Choosing your favourite seats at your favourite cinema is one of EasyTicket’s most loved features! You can choose any seat that the Cinema has made available. You have the choice of selecting or changing your seats at every step of your booking process..

5. How do I confirm that my tickets have been booked?

When a booking is confirmed, an email is automatically sent to you with your booking details. Your booking confirmation details will also be sent to your mobile phone (via SMS). If you are a registered user, you can also check your booking history on our website or mobile app.

6. What if I do not receive confirmation of my booking?

7. Can I change the show time once my booking has been confirmed?

No. It is not possible to change the show time once a ticket has been confirmed.

8. Can I change my seat number once the booking has been confirmed?

No. It is not possible to change the seat numbers of a ticket once booked.

9. Can I cancel or replace my booking?

No. Once a ticket has been booked, it is deemed sold. Now it cannot be replaced or cancelled.

10. I am facing issues trying to booking my ticket, what do I do?

2. I don’t have a credit card, can I still book tickets?

Yes! It is super easy to book tickets without a credit card by adding balance against your EasyTickets account through online bank transfers, or via UBL Omni /JazzCash/EasyPaisa agents at any time. You can find further details about how you can pay through these services above.

3. Is Cash on Delivery available as a payment method?

Currently, tickets are not available through Cash on Delivery.

4. How do I claim a refund for a booking that I want to cancel?

Once booked, the tickets are deemed as sold. It is not possible to cancel, refund or exchange your ticket at this point as per cinemas policy.

Collecting your Tickets

1. How can I collect my tickets?

You can collect your tickets at the cinema by showing them the booking confirmation code you received via email and SMS. You can also use the “booking history” option on the EasyTickets website and mobile apps.

2. Will my tickets be delivered after I have booked them?

No. Once your tickets are confirmed and paid for, you can visit the cinema at any time before the show and collect your tickets. Please note that you will be required to show the booking confirmation code to the appropriate personnel at the cinema.

3. How long before the show must I pick up the tickets?

Since the ticket is already paid for, it is available for collection from the cinema at any time before the show. You can even visit the cinema moments prior to the show time and collect your ticket! However, we recommend collecting the ticket 10-15 minutes earlier in case of a queue at the box office.
