Payment Methods

EasyTickets accepts the following payment methods:

  1. All credit/debit cards

  2. Online bank transfer

  3. Cash through UBL Omni, Jazz Cash and EasyPaisa Agents

  4. Credit transfers through Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa or SimSim Wallet

Who You Are Buying From

EasyTickets acts as the Agent for the cinemas and handles booking and payment transactions on its behalf.. EasyTickets is not the retailer, supplier or manufacturer these services - the cinema that provides the movie session is responsible for those services.

Pricing and Availability

EasyTickets does not control the inventory or its availability, that is determined by each Cinema.

Booking Fees

Tickets purchased on EasyTickets are subject to a per ticket booking fee charge which is a non-refundable charge.

Amount of Tickets Per Customer or "Ticket Limits"

When purchasing tickets on EasyTickets you are limited to a specified number of tickets for each movie session/event.

Censor Warning

Check the censor warning before buying the tickets. Children below the age of 18 will not be allowed entry for an adult-rated movie. Please also check for any additional ratings/entry restrictions that may be applicable for events/movies from time to time.

Order Confirmation

If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting your payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm the booking from your “booking history” whether or not your order has been placed.

Only you may be aware of any problem that has occurred during the purchase process. Easy Tickets will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

Your Booking confirmation will be sent via an email; to the email address that you enlisted on the booking confirmation page. This confirmation needs to be printed and shown at the cinema ticket counter, or entering the booking reference at a Cinema Kiosk (where this is available) in order to obtain a physical ticket for entry to the movie session/event.

You will also need to provide the credit card used to purchase the tickets for picking up the tickets at the Cinema/Venue.

Refunds and Exchanges

EasyTickets does not offer exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased. This is why before you complete the payment transaction, kindly ensure that you carefully review the booking details.

Pricing and Other Errors

EasyTickets will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid if:

  • The amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect due to an error in the price listed on this website

  • You are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date

  • You are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale

This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this website.

Cancelled/Postponed Events

Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter. Before this occurs, we will attempt to contact you and refund the amount as per the policy of the organizer.

Cancellation of Bus Tickets

There are situations where one has to cancel or postpone their travel plans. Please note that ONLY tickets cancelled at least ONE hour prior to the bus departure time will be refunded. Any bus ticket cancellations done otherwise will not be refundable. In case you miss your bus due to any reason, you will not be refunded any money. This applies for all buses Daewoo, Skyways, Niazi, etc.
